Why we use it

To operate Live Copilot, calculate rule-derived SL and targets, render dashboards, send transactional notifications, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Retention

We retain account and trade data while your account is active. Closed-account data is retained for the period required by applicable law and then deleted.

Data deletion request

You can delete your account yourself at any time from optilot.upmarketindia.com/account-deletion — no reinstall required. That page lists exactly what is deleted and the limited records retained for legal reasons. You may also email support@upmarket.zohodesk.in or use Contact with category "Account". We confirm receipt and complete deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

Security

Row-level security, role-based access, and encrypted secrets protect your data. We do not sell personal data.
