Delete your Optilot account
Optilot is an options trading decision-support app published by Upmarket India. You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time — you do not need to reinstall the app to do it.
How to delete your account
Sign in with the phone number on your account, then open Profile → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

If you no longer have access to your phone number, email support@upmarket.zohodesk.in from any address and include the phone number on the account. We verify ownership before deleting anything, and confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number and verified email address
- All position groups and their legs
- Your trade journal entries and notes
- Alerts, Copilot decisions and notification preferences
- Onboarding progress and saved settings
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription is cancelled automatically before your account is removed — you do not need to cancel it separately, and you will not be charged afterwards.
What is retained, and why
A small set of records must be kept to meet legal obligations. These are detached from your identity, cannot be used to contact you, and are not used to treat you as an active user.
- Payment and invoice recordsTax and companies-law retention. Kept without any link to your identity and used only for accounting and statutory reporting.
- Consent and risk-disclosure acknowledgementsEvidence that the disclosures were accepted. Kept without any link to your identity.
- Support conversationsAnonymised — the message history remains, detached from your account.
