Trial
The 7-day trial is free. No payment is required during the trial.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Refund eligibility
Pro Monthly is billed monthly. Refund requests within 7 days of the first paid charge will be reviewed case by case.
Non-refundable cases
Mid-cycle cancellations after the first 7 days are non-refundable. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
