1. Service description

Optilot is an analytical, educational decision-support tool for managing existing options positions. Optilot does not place trades, does not act as a broker, and is not an investment adviser.

2. Account eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering binding agreements to use Optilot.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the trades you enter and execute in your broker. Optilot's outputs are decision support only.

4. Broker execution

All orders are placed by you in your broker. Optilot does not transmit orders to any exchange or broker on your behalf.

5. No unauthorised use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.

6. Subscription and payment terms

Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay UPI AutoPay. Plans, pricing, and GST are described on the Pricing page and at checkout.

7. Trial terms

The 7-day trial grants unlimited access. After the trial, a limited Free Plan may be revealed unless upgraded. Introductory paid offers are first-cycle only and eligibility is backend-verified.

8. Limitations of liability

Optilot is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for trading losses, missed actions, or data errors.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or breach of these terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app.
