• Watching — the position is within the rule-derived plan; no action needed.
• Action Needed — a rule has been hit; Optilot shows one clear action.
• Blocked — market data is stale or missing; the watch is paused until refreshed.

How SL and targets are derived

Optilot calculates levels from active rules (code-authored, admin-tuned), the detected strategy, and current position data. Levels are not picked manually — this keeps decisions disciplined.

Why you must record broker execution

Optilot does not place orders. When an action is needed, place the order in your broker, then record the actual fill in Optilot so the journal and P&L stay accurate.
